Last Wednesday I decided to use up some of my funfetti to make mini cupcakes and I attempted to make apples and pumpkins! The apples turned out better but here are some pictures! (colored frosting, pretzel stems, sprinkles, and green tootsie rolls for the leaves!)
The next time I try it I am going to try this apple pie cupcake recipe for the apples!

You should definitely do the challenge. It's not too hard to catch up. Some people will be posting recaps week by week anyways.
