A day in the life...

Toddle Along Tuesday today is all about a day in the life. Not going to lie…right now…our life is pretty dang lazy. Little one wakes around 4 or 5 AM, eats, and goes right back to sleep.

Around 7 or 8 AM she wakes and wants a diaper change and a little play time before conking out again till 9 or 10. She eats, plays and naps for most of the day. So sad…we have no lives :] I basically just try to follow her ques for now. She's pretty good most of the time trying to get across what she wants.

Anyway, when daddy gets home sometimes I go to work but normally not during the week and now that it’s getting nicer out we’ve been going on walks!

By 9 she’s been getting pretty dang fussy so we start her bedtime routine around then adjusting time a little if she’s super tired or awake. She’s generally asleep by 10 or 10:30 and then I have some me time for a while before heading to bed myself.

Honestly though…with a 3 month old, we have absolutely no schedule set what so ever. Normal? When did you start having your little one on a schedule?

I think following your little one's cues are the way to go at 3 months. It does get better. I'd say a little after 4 months was when we settled into more of a routine. I still follow her cues. If she is too cranky to go shopping we stay home for her to take a nap.

You are not being lazy you are caring for and loving your adorable daughter. Also love the photo of her daddy playing guitar for her.
I had absolutely no routine with my little one until about 7 months, and even that was pretty flexible! Enjoy every second of this sleepy, dreamy time. Before you know it they are rambunctious toddlers! Thanks for stopping by my blog too!
Enjoy the lazy days while you can! Ha!! I wouldn't mind lazy days getting to stare at your adorable baby! :)
