Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites!

Peanut Butter. Pretzels. Chocolate. Need I say more?? These were a hit at a recent party. Recipe was found at 17 and Baking.

This recipe made about 45-50 bites for me.

Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tsp butter, room temperature
2/3 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pretzels
2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips

Step 1) Mix PB, butter, sugars, & vanilla till a dough forms
Step 2) Sandwich small dough balls between two pretzels & freeze for half an hour
Step 3)  Melt chocolate using microwave or double boiler
Step 4) Dip half end of pretzel bite into chocolate and let harden
Step 5) Store in fridge until served

These look so good! have you tried them yet? there's just one thing that seems strange: salty bretzels with sweet /sugary stuff ? But it must taste delicious since this recipe exists =D
I *love* this recipe! I blogged about it, and linked your blog to it! (I also made a 30 second version, that isn't nearly as tasty, but can take away the craving!) http://crustcraftscurriculum.blogspot.com/#
