Honey Garlic Pork Chops!

OH HAI! After a pretty lengthy (two month!) hiatus, hopefully I will be back to pretty regular updates. I have been so exhausted, I guess pregnancy can do that to you! Anyway, I've been trying out all sorts of new recipes and can't wait to share them with you!

I normally hate most meat...and I am most definitely not a fan of pork chops but this recipe was absolutely amazing! I unfortunately can't tell you exactly where I got it from because the link on my pinterest to it didn't give me the same directions as I used. So here's my version of it!

Ingredients:
- 1/4 and 1/8 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, minced (I just used minced garlic though...I'm lazy!)
- 6 thin boneless pork chops

Directions:
1) Mix together honey, soy sauce, and garlic
2) Marinate pork chops all day
- I used a pyrex dish and laid the pork chops down, then poured the honey mixture right over top
3) Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. I baked them right in the pyrex dish I marinated them in so I could slather them in the sauce after.
4) Serve! For the record, it tastes great over rice!

Banana Nutella Spring Rolls!

With Spring in full swing what's better to celebrate with than spring rolls?! The perfect dessert and they were actually really easy to make! I found this recipe over at Sweet Tooth!

Ingredients:
- Bananas
- Nutella
- Oil for frying (I used vegetable but canola or peanut would be good as well)
- 1 package of Spring roll/egg roll wrappers (found in the frozen section)

Directions:
Step 1) Peel & half bananas. Unwrap spring rolls.
Step 2) Wrap banana half and nutella in wrapper (Don't overload nutella or it will squeeze out during frying!)
To Wrap:
- Place banana in center with corner facing toward you

- Tuck the corner nearest you over banana

- Fold the two sides in and seal with a small amount of water

- Continue rolling last side over and seal with water
Step 3) Heat around 2 inches oil to 375 and dip about 3 rolls in at a time for about 2 minutes.

Step 4) Shake of excess oil and allow to cool slightly. Serve with ice cream and enjoy!

Thanks for visiting! And I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did! :]

Disney Princess!

So I've been a little MIA lately. It's been crazy here. Vacation, our first anniversary, dance recital, etc. Hopefully I can get back on track with some regular updates! Vacation was awesome! I hope to get a post up soon about it! I've also got some fun crafts to share and I'm taking a photography class next month so lots of new pictures to come! Anyway, this is supposed to be Wordless Wednesday and we're celebrating the lovely ladies of Disney! Normally I would put Minnie Mouse, the leading lady!, but today I'm going with some beautiful Princesses!
