You guys! This is something I am ridiculously excited about. It's also kind of silly...but check out this amazing #cattent. I don't know about yours but our cats always try and escape out the door to sit on the back deck in the sun. This cat tunnel lets that become a reality for them and they love it!
The mesh is nice and heavy and very breathable. Our cat actually goes in it while it is still in the house and just chills out in there. The mesh also makes it super easy to clean. I admit when I first got it I was hesitant like would this keep my cat's attention or would they be mad that they're in it? But they have really opened up to it. I think they love being outside and experiencing all the sights, sounds, smells that are so different from being stuck inside the house all the time. I also love that they are able to get some fresh air while we are outside and I don't have to worry about them dashing away on me to chase birds or something. That's definitely another thing one of our cats loves about this tunnel. He can sit outside and bird watch!
If you have adventurous kitties you should definitely check out this amazing tunnel that you can also hook onto a kitty tent as well! Check it out by clicking here!

The perfect diaper bag backpack!
Hello blog! I am so excited to be back! In the time I have been away we have added a new bundle of joy to the family! He is a happy little baby and we just went on a trip with him. I needed to find a good diaper bag that would be best for adventuring on our trip and I found the perfect one! It is the aisawate Baby Diaper Bag Backpack.
I love bags with a lot of pockets and spots and this one has spots for everything you would need. We went to a major league baseball game and it held everything we needed including:
- food & spoons
- sunscreen
- diapers
- change of clothes for our son and daughter
- camera
- a TON more
This is just a picture of the front pocket! There are like 4 other pockets as well! I absolutely love it and I plan on using it for years to come, even when we don't have a baby baby anymore. There are pockets that are designed to keep bottles in that are lined. and there are a few hidden pockets as well which I love to keep cards, keys, and etc in!

Laser Light Display!
Happy almost New Year!!
If you know us you know that we absolutely LOVE our Christmas lights. We go all out every year...it runs in the family! We are slowly growing our light stash and recently got this Laser Christmas Light Display. It is awesome. I couldn't get any great pics of it due to all the snow we got recently but here are some from inside before we put it out and one from Amazon.
We still use our normal Christmas lights and add this as an extra but they would also work great if you wanted to ditch the traditional lights all together. The lights are a stationary blue and green and the colors are very vibrant.
It comes with a sturdy steak to keep it from moving in the ground. They have a very good coverage range and even has a built in timer so that they will automatically turn off after 6 hours. These have been great for us so far and I can't wait to see what kind of things we do with them in the coming years.

Super fun bike lights!
My daughter loves riding her bike almost as much as my husband does. I couldn't say no when I found this 5 piece set of spoke lights from Uelfbaby! The price is amazing and I ordered through prime so they arrived super quick and with no issues!
I love that you can customize the colors. My daughter loves the color blue so she loves that she can light up her bike. She can't go too fast just yet and we only let her ride in the driveway at night but I love that this is something that can grow with her. We also like to hook them up to the wheels on the bike trailer.
Not only does it make it super easy to see at night but they also make it super fun as well! They are really fun on our evening walks and rides. I love how easy they are to use, how secure they are, and the waterproof construction. Definitely a must for bike riders, young and old alike!

Sausage Cheddar Pasta!
So it's been a little while since I've last updated. Summer is definitely getting away from me! We are trying to pack in so many things this summer and plan a trip to Disney World and my daughter starts school in a few short weeks! eek! So many things are happening right now. Add in parties and weddings and it's just crazy over here. Recently I've discovered a recipe that I have decided we need to do at least once a month. It is so delicious and it's definitely one of my favorites now. The recipe can be found at getinmybelly.com.
Here's our take on the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lbs turkey sausage
- 1.5 cups diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese but I literally douse things with cheese
- Scallions if you would like for a garnish
Directions:
1) Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and fry the turkey and onions
2) Add garlic and cook about 20 seconds
3) Add in the chicken broth, heavy cream, tomatoes, and any seasonings you would like
4) Simmer for approximately 15 minutes
5) Add in cooked pasta
6) Remove from heat and add in cheese
7) Sprinkle with scallions
8) ENJOY!

Cookies and Milk Popsicles!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
- chocolate chip cookies (chips ahoy works well because of the consistency and size)
Directions:
1) Put 2 cookies into each popsicle mold
2) whisk together milk and cream until frothy
3) Pour mixture over cookies and place popsicle sticks into place
4) Freeze until firm (about 5 hours or overnight)
5) Enjoy!
To get the popsicles out of the mold just run them under some warm water for a few seconds and it should pop right out. There are so many uses for these including fruit popsicles too! They are perfect for a hot summer day and I'm looking forward to a lot more homemade popsicle creations!

Zucchini Parmesan Crisps!
I know it's been a while but we are having so much fun this summer! We went to the market a few days ago and ended up with some zucchini and I just wanted to share an awesome recipe I found with you guys! It's for Zucchini Parmesan Crisps! The recipe was found here.
Ingredients:
- About 2 medium size zucchini
- 2 or more eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup panko
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- about 1/2 cup of vegetable oil (I used olive oil)
Directions:
1) Start by cutting your zucchini into slices
2) Put flour in a bowl, eggs in another bowl, and mix cheese and panko in another bowl
3) Heat oil in pan over medium heat
4) Dip zucchini in flour, then egg, then panko mixture
5) Cook in oil for about a minute on each side until crispy
6) Place on paper towel lined plate
7) Serve while hot and Enjoy!
I also used some Parmesan Italian dressing as a dip and it was delicious! You could also probably add some garlic powder into the panko to add some extra flavoring. I hope you enjoy these crisps as much as I did. What have you made recently??
